About
I'm Alice Ricardo, a recent UAL graduate. My work explores how landscape is explored through photographic practices, through bookmaking and poetry.
Specialising in nature and cityscape photography, I am drawn to the contrast between organic and man-made environments. Whether capturing the stillness of a forest or how the curves of a river cross the horizon, my approach involves transforming raw moments into visually compelling experiences through digital refinement. My practice is a continuous exploration of how editing can elevate photography from documentation to interpretation, allowing viewers to engage with familiar landscapes in a new and immersive way.
